    Won’t you agree that even though online marketing has made a splendid entry and is doing pretty well as far as “spreading the word is concerned” that T.V is still the king of advertisement and marketing. After all how many of us remember the 2 line something add that popped-up while we were busy hunting for an important mail? All I want to say is that the “Oreo” add on T.V had a much higher recall rate.

    It is advised that when brands decide to offer platforms like forums/groups for consumer discussions, they must act pro-active and brace themselves for anything ‘negative’. It helps because you cannot afford to lose your customer, neither can you let the angst of one affect the other’s psyche. It’s tough and rough out there!!!
